Canada and International Shipping

We ship within Canada and internationally using Canada Post.

When you complete your order, you can choose your delivery service level. We will automatically select the lowest cost/best value option, but you can select a different shipping price and service level.

PLEASE NOTE: The least expensive U.S. and International Rates do not include tracking services. We highly recommend upgrading to the next level of service that will include a tracking number.

We ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it.

You will receive an email that notifies you of your package delivery. If your service level includes it, you will also receive a tracking number to check the status with Canada Post.

In general, Canadian orders take 2-8 business days to arrive. American orders take 10-14 business days to arrive.  International orders take 14-21 business days to arrive. However, Canada Post and international postal service levels may be slower due to border crossing and customs clearance delays.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can read our entire refund policy here.
